My apologies for the cross-posting.

I have been invited by the Law Society of South Africa to present
seminars to South African lawyers on the legal issues surrounding
the y2k problem.

In addition to focusing on the mainsteam technical issues (eg.
contract, tort, insurance, roles of directors and auditors and
preparation for litigation etc), I want to talk about the possible
impact that y2k might have on a law firm from a practice
managment point of view eg. loss of data, lack of access to the
Deeds Offices and Companies office, lack of stationary etc...

I would appreciate it if you would share your views with me on the
aforegoing.

Many thanks
