[NET-LAWYERS] ERISA litigation forms
I have a client who was hired by a large corporation as an
independant contractor. the IRS determined him to be an employee. He
wants all of his back benefits (i.e. pension, Social Security etc.).
This case is similar to the microsoft case in the 9th circuit last year.
Does anyone know if forms for such a case are available on the WWW?
