Need NY Ct of Claims Decision

I need to obtain a copy of a NY Court of Claims Decision released
sometime last week.  The name of the case is "Edward J. Ullrich Inc.
v. New York".  The judge's name is Thomas J. McNamara and it has to
do with Condemnation.  We got the information from the front page of
Wednesday's, September 9th, New York Law Journal.

I've checked Lexis/Westlaw and the NY Ct of Claims web site.  If
anyone has a copy, could you please fax it to me at (212)702-5941.
