Re: [CP-Legal] ZDNET: "Hackers settle Cyber Patrol suit"
[about James Tyre]

At least one of them does, YES. And wholehearted approves and
appreciates greatly his careful thinking through of the relevant issues,
rather than taking an obnoxious flaming approach.
And since you brought up the topic, if you want to know what
his clients think of what he does: After having known both Jim Tyre
and you for many years, frankly compared to you, I have a *much* higher
regard for Jim's legal acumen, lawyer-skills, character, integrity, and
much else.
In terms of treatment of clients, Mike, you are a disgrace to
your bar certificate. I seriously considering bringing an action
against you for breach of attorney-client privilege, for your various
misuses of confidential information. And it was in fact *Jim Tyre* who
convinced me not to do it.
I've been a client of both. And I tell people to *stay away*
from Mike, and they are much blessed if they can get help from Jim.
My apologies to list-members, call me a ranter to be bozofiltered.
I could not let this pass.
